app-vim/cvscommand and app-vim/calendar both provide a \ca mapping. May be best to make them block.
A better solution would be to add an einfo note or alter them to throw an alert about the key codes. Prevetning install of these otherwise independent plugins due to a simple key conflict is just silly.
