app-text/wdiff is masked on amd64 although it seems to work.  The
'--avoid-wraps' argument doesn't work but it also seems to be broken on x86.

Fixes --avoid-wraps by actually adding it into longopts.

Doesn't of course fix the "masked on amd64"-issue.

Added patch, tested avoid wraps works ok on x86(chroot) and amd64, bumped to
-r2 and keyworded ~amd64. (Figured ok for arch maintainer to apply trivial
fixes here as metadata shows no maintainer or herd ;)
