removed run dependency on net-mail/metamail (mimencode) as app-arch/sharutils
(uuencode) can now be used instead.  net-mail/metamail can optionally be
installed and still used (/var/spool/fax/bin/faxrcvd looks for it first).  

previous dso build fix replaced with current solution attached to
http://bugs.hylafax.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=567

using faxcron fixed proposed at
http://bugs.hylafax.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=571
