Description Markus Rothe (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-08-25 23:40:42 UTC
Hi,

I just synced and now I get bad dependency problems, because the stable version of coreutils has been completely removed from portage!

Output:G5 root # emerge -uvD world -p

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating world dependencies |
!!! all ebuilds that could satisfy "sys-apps/coreutils" have been masked.
!!! possible candidates are:
!!! (dependency required by "sys-apps/debianutils-1.16.7-r4" [ebuild])

!!! Problem with ebuild sys-apps/man-pages-1.67
!!! Possibly a DEPEND/*DEPEND problem.

!!! Depgraph creation failed.
G5 root #
