Please find attached kfish-1.0.ebuild.  
  
Kfish is just an amusing panel applet for KDE3 animated with a fish and 
bubbles. Unfortunately CPU usage is not linked to the number of bubbles. :-(  
Still it looks pretty nice. 
  
I suggest app-misc/kfish.
