hdparm-5.5-r4.ebuild contains:
   newins ${FILESDIR}/hdparm-conf.d.2 hdparm

the files dir only contains:
   hdparm-conf.d
   hdparm-conf.d.3

hdparm doesn't work without the new conf file.
