3. Compare version numbers ;)

Gentoo still contains old version

Version bumped. Thanks for the bug report.
Two things: Version bumps should always go in as enhancements. Don't abuse the Severity field. Second, keep the social comments out of the bug reports please. If you don't have time to fill in the bug simply, how do you expect we have time to version bump, etc.
