Description siebz0r 2016-06-17 08:45:06 UTC
I'm trying to install dev-util/electron-0.36.12-r3 which pulls in the chromium-47.0.2526.110.tar.xz distfile. The checksum fails for that file and xz states that the compressed data is corrupt.

I tried multiple mirrors, but all seem to give me the same (currupt?) distfile. The sha256 of this file is "65a86d9532e03f94844a4e9b1996af85baeb00c95effe962baa153352483463e" and it should be "edab0d78709ba5edd35e85d82241de884d75dc46abdf7621b6178fa6647d14af" according to the Manifest file.

I also noticed that the Manifest is updated a couple of times to correct the checksums of the chromium distfile. But since xz also complains I think there is something else going on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install dev-util/electron-0.36.12-r3
2. See that the checksum of chromium-47.0.2526.110.tar.xz fails.
3. (Optional) Verify with xz (xz -t chromium-47.0.2526.110.tar.xz).
