I have made an ebuild for latest vmware-workstation. As you're going to remove dev-libs/libgcrypt:0/11, can you confirm that the dev-libs/libgcrypt:11/11 will be kept in portage backporting security issues? If this is the case probably it's better lo leave the dependency only as dev-libs/libgcrypt:11/11 Which is otherwise the reason in having dev-libs/libgcrypt:0/11 and dev-libs/libgcrypt:11/11? libgcrypt-2 is not maintained upstream, thus not be maintained downstream. whoever uses it will be subject to security issues. Fixed everywhere except in 11.1.2, which will be dropped soon anyway. |
