I have made a ebuild for the argtable library. This is my first ebuild so I
appoligize if I made any mistakes.

Karol, one more thing -- please attach a new ebuild with the appropriate
copyright and headers in it, I'm afraid we can't accept it in its current form.
 The docs link on www.gentoo.org points to some ebuild howto and an
ebuild-mistakes guide.

Slightly cleaned up ebuild.  I'd be willing to maintain this package if
