ghex-3.10.1.ebuild has the correct page already :/

My mistake then, I guess eix shows the first HOMEPAGE it can find.

Ah, in that case maybe you could open an enhancement bug report against eix as I agree that showing the one from older ebuild is not optimal as this shows :/

Wait a minute... The 9999 ebuild in the gnome overlay still has the old HOMEPAGE. So I'm re-opening this one ;)
