Description Julian Ospald 2015-10-01 09:47:56 UTC
in order to switch to c_rehash we have to stabilize adjusted ebuilds of
* openssl
* ca-certificates
* c_rehash

if you don't want to stabilize ca-certificates-20150426.3.20-r1, we can revbump ca-certificates-20140927.3.17.2 and use that for stabilization instead

Thoughts?

can't this follow the normal 30 day policy ? if so, it's fine.

app-misc/ca-certificates-20150426.3.20-r1 seems to be broken on prefix for me.
Some paths seem to not be configured properly, so no certificates are installed in ${EPREFIX}/etc/ssl/certs. See output below for the errors I see. Should I open a separate bug for this? app-misc/ca-certificates-20141019.3.19-r1 works fine.

please file a new bug
Comment 6 Hans de Graaff gentoo-dev Security 2016-02-03 07:02:18 UTC
Any progress on this? I'm starting to see mail delivery issues due to untrusted certificates since the new roots are not available in current stable.

Perhaps it makes more sense to stable 20151214.3.21 now?
Comment 7 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2016-02-03 18:04:09 UTC
