The ebuild has been in tree since more than 3 months.

The new version fixes bug 511098, bug 511100 und bug 530636 (and
possibly also bug 511102).

On amd64 and x86 all dependencies are stable.

On ppc stabilization is more difficult: The new dependencies
sci-mathematics/flint, sci-mathematics/4ti2 and sci-libs/cddlib don't
yet have the ppc keyword.

There are still some QA warnings, but I think it is good to stabilize this version.
