Hmm, it seems at though it explicitly won't compile with sys-devel/gettext-0.19.5.1 (but compiles fine with 0.19.5). @Base-system, do you know what could have changed in the minor version bump that would cause the error message seen in this autopoint.out? Is the recommended solution to depend on strictly <0.19.5.1 or will that cause problems for anyone with bless installed (by holding back the newer version)? @base-system, on further digging it seems it's a buggy version of gettext, so I'm reassigning this to you. https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gettext/2015-07/msg00027.html should be hacked around by this: http://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=7a3bddfcb1384d3681c14c01160c9a22cc229c15 |
