Need to upload the ppc64 tgz files from here:
https://www6.software.ibm.com/dl/lxdk/lxdk-p
to the gentoo distfiles.  The ppc32 and x86
binaries are already there.  Make sure you grab
both the regular binary SDK and the JAVACOMM
library. (login required, but freely distributable,
odd)

The patch for the ebuild is attached.
Need to run these commands after emerging to
activate it:
java-config -S ibm-jdk-bin-1.4.1
/usr/sbin/env-update ; source /etc/profile
