amd 64 users now use a plugin in the amd64 directory.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge blackdown-jdk-1.4.2_rc1
2. visit website with java applet in mozilla
3.
Actual Results:

Expected Results:
properly displayed applet

Several fixes
(1) Fixes plugin location for amd64 users.
(2) Fixes plugin file name for all users.
(3) Add mozilla use flag. bug #43150
(4) Other small cleanups that do not affect functionality (typo's in comments
etc.)
Merged. Bumped to -r1 as it changes installed stuff on amd64.
