Installing dev-db/pgadmin3-1.20.0-r1 places the desktop icon at /usr/share/pixmaps/pgadmin3.png.  However, the location in /usr/share/applications/pgadmin3.desktop points to a different lcation:

Icon=/usr/share/pgadmin3/pgAdmin3.png

The attached files/pgadmin3-desktop.patch fixes this.
