libguile.so.17 seems to link to libltdl, so it looks like it should RDEPEND on libltdl and DEPEND on libtool.

New -r2 ebuild with RDEPEND and DEPEND modified

I used the way mpg123-1.22.0 was modified for libtool/libltdl split as a reference.

Fixed in 1.8.8-r2.
