The Fluxbox team recently updated. I'm the proxy-maintainer of the package and so I'm requesting a bump. I have used the ebuild personally and have verified that Fluxbox builds, installs, and functions as expected.

I'll attach an ebuild for 1.3.6 that contains the prior patch I requested for 1.3.5 and 9999, which fixes the `fluxbox-generate_menu` permissions problem.
