dvipdfmx-20031207 doesn't provide dvipdfm binary any more(just dvipdfmx), so I
think it's better to change the DEPEND to "virtual/tetex". I have tested
dvipdfmx-20031207 with teTeX-2.0.2 on my box, it works well.
