I'm nominating Lang Thang as a new dev who will help with mail (and whatever
else is of interest -- presumably gcc 3.4 from a quick look at his bug list).
Bug #48796 is a good example of some good work.  I'm willing to mentor.

Lang, pipe up here stating that you're willing, if you would, and
provide a different nick if "langthang" isn't what you want.

I went over his ebuild quiz, and that looks good.
 He took the bash quiz, which as far as I know isn't officially a required quiz, so I asked seemant to take care of that since that was the first time I've seen it.
 So his approval is waiting on seemant, please be patient:)
