ebuild for libmtp-1.1.8

After renaming libmtp-1.1.6-r1.ebuild, and removing the patch (upstream applied it in 1.1.8), I could succesfully compile and run libmtp-1.1.8 on amd64 and ~amd64 systems.

Please review this ebuild and include it in the tree.
