Summary pretty well hits it. musepack-tools src downloads so far have eluded
my googling, so the package is at the moment worthless.

Ebuild with updated SRC_URI
This ebuild fixes the problem.
It should be noted, however, that MPC has now gotten a new homepage and gone
LGPL! Congratulations to everybody involved!
By the way, this ebuild is still not entirely correct. Musepack requires the
"oss" USE flag, and/or possibly "esd". It does not compile with only
USE="alsa".
Yeah, the site hosting the source is (temporarely?) down.
As for use flags, it does declare both oss and esd, doesn't it?
Without having those it will issue error on unpack stage with further instructions.
