There is a bug in 4.0b, GMT_CustomSymbols.lis is not present in GMT_share.tar.*

GMT-4.0 was officially announced, it's not more a beta version.
Bugs of 4.0b were corrected.

I have added a modified version of this ebuild to portage. Please in future
submit diffs between the latest ebuild in portage and your new one - it makes
it a lot easier to see what you have changed. Also the header was broken, but I
fixed it up along with a few smaller problems. Never put x86/amd64 into the
keywords of a new ebuild either - it should always be dropped to ~x86/~amd64
and will be stabilised later.

Thanks for the bug report - please test the new version in portage once it hits
the mirrors.
