Bug 517408 – x11-base/xorg-server points users at non-existent upgrade guide

When upgrading to x11-base/xorg-server-1.16.0:0/1.16.0 (from 1.15.99.903:0/1.15.99.903), the following is printed:

 * Messages for package x11-base/xorg-server-1.16.0:

 * You should consider reading upgrade guide for this release:
 *   http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/desktop/x/x11/xorg-server-1.16-upgrade-guide.xml
 * You must rebuild all drivers if upgrading from <xorg-server-1.16
 * because the ABI changed. If you cannot start X because
 * of module version mismatch errors, this is your problem.
 * You can rebuild all installed packages in the x11-drivers
 * category using this command:
 * 	emerge @x11-module-rebuild

The link[1] goes to a 404 page. apparently no xorg upgrade guide has been made since 1.10[2], at least not in the indicated location.

Should just remove the link to the upgrade guide. X doesn't require much configuration these days. :)

I would agree that an upgrade guide doesn't really make any sense these days... certainly not an upgrade guide on every 1.x -> 1.y bump.  Maybe just a link to the regular gentoo xorg guide (on the wiki now) makes more sense.
