SELinux: remove -lattr patch
I only changed 'configure.in'. In the ebuild, I run `autoconf` to generate
'configure'.
*** Bug 51136 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** ...and gdm is bumped to version 2.6.0.3.... I bumped gdm-2.6.0.2 ebuild to gdm-2.6.0.3 (only commented out the SELinux patch) and it worked fine. so... what's the status? is gdm 2.6 ready for testing? Is this ebuild ever going to hit portage? upgrading to critical. i know it's not critical, and i know it'll be ignored anyways, but it will make me feel better to have a big red reminder on the gnome buglist. err .. no disrepect, but are you in the gnome herd? it seems odd that you're marking our bugs critical. its an enhancement. Noticed a minor problem with pam use flag. in src_install() the pam files get always installed. after a long wait gdm-2.6.0.3 has been added. A couple of fixes went in for the language crash bug, some gdm restart logic & location of log files. At this point we do not support disabling pam, afaik this USE flag is relatively new (we used to force PAM useage gentoo wide) and it is not encouraged to use legacy authentication support for gdm. If someone has strong feelings about this & patches and whatnot, open a new bug. Thanks for your patience & please test the bugger. |
