Why the archive?
Comment on attachment 378506 [details]
build.tar.bz2
The build.log inside the tar archive contains another bzip compressed file. And that contains something like:
00000000 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 |................|

Not sure what happened to the first attachment. The file is compressed due to limits on b.g.o attachment sizes.
Again, what is the archive doing for you? Hint. You can use bzip2 /without/ tar. I have similar problems with dev-java/icedtea-bin-6.1.13.3. In my case libreoffice-4.2.3.3-r1 failed in the config phase with the same type of sandbox violations (/opt/icedtea-bin-6.1.13.3/bin/java tries to write /proc/self/coredump_filter). I've injected some "addpredict /proc/self/coredump_filter" and lo is happily compiling right now. It seems dev-java/icedtea-bin-6.1.13.3 needs to add a sandbox control file, at least that's what they've done to fix similar issues with icedtea-6.1.13.1 (no -bin) in bug #499746. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 502280 *** |
