According to <http://www.lokigames.com/about/copyright.php3>: "All visual, textual and programming content copyright © 1999 Loki Entertainment Software. All rights reserved. Content may not be used without permission from the owner of such copyright or without expressed and explicit reference to the owner."

I cannot find any license information in the package itself, so looks like LICENSE should be "all-rights-reserved" and the ebuild should be mirror restricted. SRC_URI is functional.
