Staring build masa-10.4 with +radeon VIDEOCARD flag stops with error:
  configure: error: LLVM 3.3 or newer is required for r600g and radeonsi
But ebuild does not contain this dependency, it queries only LLVM-2.9.

On a unrelated note, I've bumped the dep to 3.3-r3 in -9999.

I know this bug is old and newer versions of Mesa are stable by now, but I went ahead and fixed the 10.0.4 ebuild.
