Xwayland is in master now and xorg-server-1.5.99.902 with wayland flag has been added to portage. |
Created attachment 367694 [details] x11-base/xorg-server/xorg-server-9999-r1 when experimenting with wayland one wants to use xwayland, too. currently you have to install xorg-server xwayland branch manually, eg. by adding xorg_server_LIVE_BRANCH=xwayland. The attached ebuild does this automatically if xwaland use flag is set. This way you get a correctly running weston setup without fiddling. with xorg-server-1.15 out the new xwayland branch was rebased to this version. maybe we can do something like this fo rthe xorg-server-1.15.ebuild, too...
