Modified squid init script

When having rock-storage active in squid.conf, the init-script tries to regenerate the store-directories every time.

rock is a single-file-storage, so checking if a directory is present does not make any sense.

Attached is a modified init-script with additional checking for storage-type 'rock'.

Also tries to fix the behaviour mentioned in Bug #496452, and checks if a squid-owned directory is present at /run/squid for ipc-files.

Should be fixed in net-proxy/squid-3.4.2. Please let me know if you still have a problem.
