I compiled Zope 2.7.0 from source yesterday and it works good.

I've been testing it and soo far I haven't had a single error in the log files.

there is no zope-2.7.0 in portage

now that we have zope-2.7.2 in portage, i would like to let you know that zope
(2.7.2) works great for me on amd64 with the following patch from:
http://zope.org
