Currently =kde-base/solid-runtime-4.11* depends on kde-misc/networkmanagement:
networkmanager? ( kde-misc/networkmanagement )

This should be changed to
networkmanager? ( || ( kde-misc/networkmanagement kde-misc/plasma-nm ) )

Otherwise kde-misc/networkmanagement keeps getting pulled in although it isn't really needed anymore for people who want to use kde-misc/plasma-nm.

These steps need to be done before:
1. Move to main tree, but kde-misc/plasma-nm is not ready for tree yet (see automagic stuff in bug #486192)
2. Same stable keywords kde-misc/networkmanagement, because KDE SC 4.11 will maybe stabilized before plasma-nm hits the tree

Automagic stuff fixed, now we need a proper release version for tree inclusion.

Done. kde-misc/plasma-nm added to the tree. From now on at least 30 days of testing. Before we can stabilize the deps and the package itself.
