It's in Gentoo mirrors. Fix your mirror settings. Not a bug.

Ok, anyway after 3 days there is still no sign of the archive in http://de-mirror.org/distro/gentoo

recheck the uri, you have

http://de-mirror.org/distro/gentoo/distfiles/

while it's

http://de-mirror.org/gentoo/distfiles/

and *unrelated* to this bug, i've updated the ebuild to use 1.6.6 apng patchset, so the file in question will not be a problem anymore

but still, it's your mirror settings that are broken, and it's not a bug if upstream removes the tarball from his site, that's the whole purpose of gentoo mirrors :)
