Description James Chew 2013-09-08 12:47:07 UTC
Latest net-nntp/sabnzbd upstream version 0.7.16 was released on 2-Step. I would like to request a version bump for the ebuild package. Thanks!

Reproducible: Always

Hi Justin,

I've just emerged in this latest 0.7.16 ebuild of sabnzbd.

When I try to start sabnzbd from init.d, I.e. "/etc/init.d/sabnzbd start"

Rc-status will show sabnzbd as crashed. And I am not able to access it via the wbe browser.

I've tried unmerging, removing all configuration files, emerging again. But to no avail.
Comment 4 James Chew 2013-10-10 01:22:59 UTC
My bad, if it's the sabnzbd.ini configuration given with the ebuild package, everything works fine.

Looks like a bug in the initrd script with CRLF (DOS based line endings). Will explain more in Bug 483786.

Marking the version bump as fixed.
