Upgrade tcsh ebuild to use version 6.11 (it's been released for 10 months). 
This release fixes the "Unknown colorls variable `do'" problem that bites many
people.  On the forums this was attributed to a "bug" in fileutils.

I'm using 1.3(a+b) Frankenstein, but I'm sure it's the same for others.

upgraded in portage. masked for testing.  Please do so and let me know.
