Created attachment 349698 [details] output of emerge --info gcc-4.7.2 emerge build fails in the middle of the process, it deletes /usr/lib/libgcc_s.so.1 which causes dlopen errors with bash, breaking the rest of the emerge, bricking the system. I could only fix with a statically linked busybox and su. Everything not statically linked threw up a "missing libgcc_s.so.1" error then shut down.
