This looks as a case of linking to the live system instead of just built libs. It's either a bug in the upstream build system or an ebuild bug. If you you unmerge qtwebkit first, it will (most likely) be built correctly, but that would be just a workaround. This part though looks funny: -L/var/tmp/portage/dev-qt/qtwebkit-5.0.9999/work/qtwebkit-5.0.9999_build/lib I unmerged qtwebkit-5.0.9999 and after that qtwebkit-5.0.2 built without problem.
