Created attachment 347090 [details, diff] chromium-system-harfbuzz-r0.patch Thanks for providing the link. We have a WebKit patch here: http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/143337/trunk/Source/WebCore/platform/graphics/harfbuzz/HarfBuzzShaper.cpp?format=diff&new=143337 I've attached a patch that can be used inside the ebuild. Note however that harfbuzz-0.9.16 is ~arch, and latest ~arch chromium (27) doesn't have this issue. If any developer wants to apply the patch, it's fine for me (except for ebuilds currently marked as stable), but I'd rather not take action here. We need to take care of this issue before an hypothetical future stabilization of newer gnome stuff (In reply to comment #2) Chromium 27 has an open STABLEREQ. (In reply to Mike Gilbert from comment #3) > Chromium 27 has an open STABLEREQ. And now it can be closed as 27 is stable. |
