There's no license at all for these packages. OTOH, this isn't software, and it's hosted by Debian, with their copyright file saying: "To the best of my knowledge all of these manpages are free to use and redistribute." Let's assume that they know what they do.

I'll change these two to LICENSE="freedist" in a few days, unless someone objects.
