According to the COPYING file (see attachment), this package is distributed under the following terms:

- "|| ( Artistic GPL-1+ )": main license of the package
- "public-domain": m51.fits
- additional terms for the documentation, allowing only verbatim distribution

Some documentation files come with additional restrictions, see http://mailman.jach.hawaii.edu/pipermail/pdl-porters/2010-May/002111.html for a list.

Not sure what to do here. Verbatim redistribution seems to be allowed for all files, but some of them are clearly non-free.

I've changed LICENSE to "|| ( Artistic GPL-1+ ) public-domain PerlDL".
