licenses/Anthemion

dev-util/dialogblocks and dev-util/helpblocks are distributed under attached restrictive license agreement.

IIUC, we are not allowed to redistribute the software, so the ebuilds need to be mirror restricted:
"Anthemion Software hereby grants to the user a temporary, non-exclusive license to use this Software solely for internal purposes. User shall not commercially distribute, sub-license, resell, or otherwise transfer for any consideration, or reproduce for any such purposes, the Software or any modification or derivation thereof, either alone or in conjunction with any other products or programs."

@Licenses team: The license looks like a candidate for the EULA license group.

In that case I have no interest in continuing to distribute these packages. I'll mask and remove them.

It is your right as the packages' maintainer to make this decision, of course.

Just for clarification, I wouldn't see a problem if the ebuilds were marked with LICENSE="Anthemion" and RESTRICT="mirror bindist". We're distributing ebuilds, not the software itself, so the license is only between Anthemion Software and the user.

Yep, I understand. We took these packages in after the maintainer retired years ago. This is the first time I've really looked at them actually. We have better options.
