From it's www page:

sync2cd is an incremental archiving tool. It allows backing up complete filesystem hierarchies to multiple backup media (e.g. CD-R). Files are archived incrementally, i.e. only new or changed files are stored during an archive operation.

All entity types are supported: directories, files, symlinks, named pipes, sockets, block and character devices.

ebuild looks fine - one problem. You have placed yourself as the copyright
owner in the ebuild header. Under the policy
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/copyright/index.xml I am required to
assign copyright ownership to Gentoo upon commiting the ebuild. I cannot do
this with your current copyright of the ebuild. Please attach a comment
consenting to the assignment of copyright to Gentoo. You will be credited as
the author. All reasons for this copyright assignment are in the URL above.

Also, provided you constent to copyright assignment, I'm going to place this
ebuild in the app-cdr catorgory.

opps didn't even notice. Commited to cvs - thanks for the one of the better
ebuilds I've seen in a long time. Please reopen this bug if there any problems.
