Full build log for media-libs/gstreamer-1.0.5
Why was "prune_libtool_files --modules" in 1.0.3 replaced with "prune_libtool_files" in 1.0.5? media-plugins/gst-plugins-ffmpeg-0.10.13-r2 also contains *.la: #find /var/tmp/portage/media-plugins/gst-plugins-ffmpeg-0.10.13-r2/image/ -name '*.la' -printf "%P\n" usr/lib64/gstreamer-0.10/libgstpostproc.la usr/lib64/gstreamer-0.10/libgstffmpegscale.la usr/lib64/gstreamer-0.10/libgstffmpeg.la for 1.0.5, it's my mistake, I misread the install update diff. For gst-ffmpeg, the ebuild has been untouched for quite a while so this is a separate problem. *** Bug 456168 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** (In reply to comment #4) > for 1.0.5, it's my mistake, I misread the install update diff. OK. So is it safe to delete them until the ebuild is fixed? Fixed in gstreamer-1.0.5-r1, gst-plugins-base-1.0.5-r2, and gst-plugins-ffmpeg-0.10.13_p201211 +*gstreamer-1.0.5-r1 (12 Feb 2013) + + 12 Feb 2013; Alexandre Rostovtsev <tetromino@gentoo.org> + +gstreamer-1.0.5-r1.ebuild: + Remove useless .la files (bug #456164, thanks to Paolo Pedroni). +*gst-plugins-base-1.0.5-r2 (12 Feb 2013) + + 12 Feb 2013; Alexandre Rostovtsev <tetromino@gentoo.org> + +gst-plugins-base-1.0.5-r2.ebuild: + Remove useless .la files (bug #456164, thanks to Paolo Pedroni). |
