Hello x86, please stabilize x11-drivers/xf86-video-geode-2.11.14

Earlier versions do not compile against >=x11-base/xorg-server-1.13, which is already marked stable on x86. Earlier versions do have an explicit <1.13 dependency, but this version has been around a while now, and lets allow our few geode stable tree users to upgrade their xserver :)

It also fixes various rendering bugs that are seen when combined with cairo-1.12 (which isn't stable yet though for some reason).

Builds fine on x86. I have no hardware to test the functionality. Please mark stable for x86.

Runs perfectly on my Geode LX 800. (Actually with both xorg-server 1.12 and 1.13).
Please mark stable for x86.
