when changing an existing google event the error 

unexpected http status code 412 appears when saving existing google event

source of the problem seams to be libical-0.48 (see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=669003 )

the solution is to downgrade libical to 0.43 and reemerge evolution and the data server

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create event on google calendar
2. change existing event
3. try to save
Actual Results:  
error occurs, event is not saved back to google

Expected Results:  
save event and sync with google
