additional info: no cross-compiling involved, this is natively on the machine
same error for media-libs/gst-plugins-base-1.0.5. I feel like that should be reported upstream. I'll post a link here after I reported it Upstream suspects a toolchain bug. Any toolchain-gurus that are able to give further debugging instructions? I'm running out of ideas what to do next Looks like this gcc bug: http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=46788 https://bugs.launchpad.net/gcc/+bug/730440 Any objections to stabilize gcc-4.6 for arm?
