timidity++ supports this API, so I'd like to get it into all archs that
timidity++ supports.

Emerged fine on my u5.
portaudio support is not in the timidity++ ebuild yet? (to be able to do some real test)

cvs update in media-sound/timidity++.  I comitted timidity++-2.13.0_rc2.ebuild
at 9:51 Pacific...

rc2 emerged fine also, however i'm home now so i can't listen to what the ultra
has to say.
More testing to come on monday :)

Feel free to ~sparc, i did a couple small tests converting .mid files to .wav
and worked.
