Could you report this to upstream please? http://samwel.tk/laptop_mode/mailinglist (In reply to comment #1) > Could you report this to upstream please? > http://samwel.tk/laptop_mode/mailinglist Done. But I did by mail, I have not noticed the mailinglist. :-/ Thanks! Upstream: "This is an unwanted warning message and has been fixed for the next release." I'm seeing similar error message with laptop-mode-tools-1.62-r1: Warning: Configuration file /etc/laptop-mode/conf.d/board-specific/* is not readable, skipping. Most likely there should be some dummy file in that dir so * gives back at least something. Should I open a new bug, as this is a slightly different error? Best if you discuss this with upstream... or provide some patch. As far as I understand it is harmless. see https://github.com/rickysarraf/laptop-mode-tools/commit/75cb1897a9eabd6acf280cade2ecffb1554380db i think deleting that directory should fix it, doesn't it? This should end up in the next release. As this is not a crucial bug, I think it's ok to simply wait for the next release. If the devs are up for it, they can simply apply the patch for this commit referenced by mrueg and release it as _p1. Fixed in laptop-mode-tools-1.62-r2 |
