We need to have USE=static-libs because this package install '.a' files:

/usr/lib64/claws-mail/plugins/pdf_viewer.a
/usr/lib64/claws-mail/plugins/pdf_viewer.la
/usr/lib64/claws-mail/plugins/pdf_viewer.so

They will be removed now as it happened before with all other plugins.
